Bradford Ice Wolves vs Chester Road Reapers

During the closing minute of the Chester Road Reapers’ recent match against the Bradford Ice Wolves, Ste Shelley sustained an injury after taking a puck to the face. Fortunately, his visor absorbed most of the impact, but the force caused the visor to cut the bridge of his nose and blacken his eye. Medical evaluation confirmed a broken nose.

Ste received prompt medical attention on the bench and has since been cleared to return to the ice. He will be participating in tomorrow night’s Reapers training session, wearing a protective face cage to ensure his recovery is not compromised.

Ste expressed his gratitude to both the Ice Wolves and Reapers teams for their support and assistance during and after the incident. The Reapers are proud to see Ste back on the ice, showcasing his resilience and commitment to the team.
